No meat, no problem! These cauliflower lettuce wraps make a low-carb vegetarian option that also taste heavenly. The TRUFF hot sauce is combined with ranch dressing for a zesty buffalo style sauce that tastes great on anything! Try these for yourselves and even meat lovers will be convinced.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup TRUFF hot sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch
- Cilantro
- 1 tbsp live oil
- Butter lettuce wraps
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F. Boil a large pot of water and add cauliflower for 5-10 minutes. Remove and drain. In a large ziplock bag, add cauliflower, olive oil, salt, garlic powder and bread crumbs. Shake bag to coat. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. In a small bowl combine TRUFF hot sauce and ranch. Drizzle mixture over cauliflower and toss to coat. Bake again another 8 minutes. Set aside to slightly cool down before adding to lettuce wraps. Garnish with cilantro.
