LOADED BAKED POTATOES

These are not your average baked potatoes. They are loaded with cheese, sour cream, bacon, chives AND delicious TRUFF Hot Sauce. This combination takes the average recipe to new levels and sets this side dish into entrée territory.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 russet potatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream, plus more for toppings
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • 2 strips bacon
  • chives
  • TRUFF Hot Sauce
  • salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°F. Rub each potato with oil and season with salt. Pierce each one 5-6 times with a fork. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 45 minutes. In a small skillet, heat bacon and cook through. Remove from heat and set aside. Cut open each potato and scoop out the inside and place in a bowl. Add butter, sour cream, milk and a dash of salt and stir to combine. Place the filling back in the potatoes and top with additional sour cream, cheese, chives and crumbled bacon. Drizzle with TRUFF hot sauce.
