INGREDIENTS
MEATBALLS
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 garlic glove, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1⁄2 tsp paprika
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
SAUCE
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup TRUFF Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- Sesame seeds and cilantro for garnish, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 440°F with the rack in the middle of the oven. In a large bowl combine turkey, garlic, salt, onion powder, paprika, breadcrumbs and eggs with clean hands. On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper assemble small meatballs about an inch apart. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. In a medium saucepan add sauce ingredients. Stir and bring to a slow boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce gets thicker. Set aside. Once the meatballs are done dip them in the sauce. Cover with sesame
